1 И окончилась7999 вся работа,4399 которую производил6213 Соломон8010 для дома1004 Господня.3068 И принес935 Соломон8010 посвященное6944 Давидом,1732 отцом1 его, и серебро3701 и золото2091 и все вещи3627 отдал5414 в сокровищницы214 дома1004 Божия.430

2 Тогда собрал6950 Соломон8010 старейшин2205 Израилевых3478 и всех глав7218 колен,4294 начальников5387 поколений1 сынов1121 Израилевых,3478 в Иерусалим,3389 для перенесения5927 ковчега727 завета1285 Господня3068 из города5892 Давидова,1732 то есть с Сиона.6726

3 И собрались6950 к царю4428 все Израильтяне3763478 на праздник,2282 в седьмой7637 месяц.2320

4 И пришли935 все старейшины2205 Израилевы.3478 Левиты3881 взяли5375 ковчег727

5 и понесли5927 ковчег727 и скинию168 собрания4150 и все вещи3627 священные,6944 которые в скинии,168 — понесли5927 их священники3548 и левиты.3881

Chapter 5

1 THUS all the work that Solomon made for the house of the LORD was finished; and Solomon brought in all the things which David his father had dedicated; and the silver and the gold and all the vessels he put in the treasures of the house of the LORD.

2 Then Solomon assembled at Jerusalem all the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the chiefs of the fathers of the children of Israel, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from the city of David, which is Zion.

3 Wherefore all the men of Israel assembled themselves to King Solomon at Jerusalem in the feast of tabernacles, which is in the seventh month.

4 And all the elders of Israel came; and the priests took up the ark.

5 And they brought up the ark of the LORD and the tabernacle of the congregation and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, these did the priests and the Levites bring up.

6 And King Solomon and all the people of Israel that were assembled to him before the ark sacrificed sheep and oxen which could not be counted nor numbered for multitude.

7 Then the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and put it in its place, into the most holy place under the wings of the cherubim:

8 For the cherubim spread forth their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and the poles thereof above.

9 And the poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from underneath the ark within the house, but they were not seen from the outside. And there they remain to this day.

10 There was nothing in the ark except the two stone tablets which Moses had put there, which he brought from mount Sinai. This is the same covenant which the LORD made with the children of Israel when they came out of the land of Egypt.

11 And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place (for all the priests who were present there entered into the holy place;

12 Also the Levites, who were the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeruthun, with their sons and their brethren, being arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets):

13 That the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endures for ever; that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD,

14 So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud; for the house of the LORD was filled with the brightness of his glory.

2 Then Solomon assembled at Jerusalem all the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the chiefs of the fathers of the children of Israel, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from the city of David, which is Zion.

3 Wherefore all the men of Israel assembled themselves to King Solomon at Jerusalem in the feast of tabernacles, which is in the seventh month.

4 And all the elders of Israel came; and the priests took up the ark.

5 и понесли5927 ковчег727 и скинию168 собрания4150 и все вещи3627 священные,6944 которые в скинии,168 — понесли5927 их священники3548 и левиты.3881

5 And they brought up the ark of the LORD and the tabernacle of the congregation and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, these did the priests and the Levites bring up.

6 Царь4428 же Соломон8010 и все общество5712 Израилево,3478 собравшееся3259 к нему пред3942 ковчегом,727 приносили2076 жертвы2076 из овец6629 и волов,1241 которых невозможно5608 исчислить5608 и определить,4487 по причине множества.7230

6 And King Solomon and all the people of Israel that were assembled to him before the ark sacrificed sheep and oxen which could not be counted nor numbered for multitude.

7 И принесли935 священники3548 ковчег727 завета1285 Господня3068 на место4725 его, в давир1687 храма1004 — во Святое6944-святых,6944 под крылья3671 херувимов.3742

7 Then the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and put it in its place, into the most holy place under the wings of the cherubim:

8 И херувимы3742 распростирали6566 крылья3671 над местом4725 ковчега,727 и покрывали3680 херувимы3742 ковчег727 и шесты905 его сверху.4605

8 For the cherubim spread forth their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and the poles thereof above.

9 И выдвинулись748 шесты,905 так что головки7218 шестов905 ковчега727 видны7200 были пред59216440 давиром,1687 но не выказывались7200 наружу,2351 и они там до сего дня.3117

9 And the poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from underneath the ark within the house, but they were not seen from the outside. And there they remain to this day.

10 There was nothing in the ark except the two stone tablets which Moses had put there, which he brought from mount Sinai. This is the same covenant which the LORD made with the children of Israel when they came out of the land of Egypt.

11 Когда священники3548 вышли3318 из святилища,6944 ибо все священники,3548 находившиеся4672 там, освятились6942 без различия8104 отделов;4256

11 And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place (for all the priests who were present there entered into the holy place;

12 Also the Levites, who were the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeruthun, with their sons and their brethren, being arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets):

13 That the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endures for ever; that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD,

14 и не могли3201 священники3548 стоять5975 на служении8334 по причине облака,6051 потому что слава3519 Господня3068 наполнила4390 дом1004 Божий.430

14 So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud; for the house of the LORD was filled with the brightness of his glory.
